By accessing or using MYVA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MYVA provides cloud-hosted AI assistant services including task automation, web browsing, messaging integration, email and calendar management, coding tools, and smart home control. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (messaging apps, email providers, smart home systems). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYVA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYVA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
